My heart Oh God feels blank as a white paper sheet,
And I know its only You who made me achieve this feat.
You put in me a new heart of gold,
And broke into my old one, that was so hard and old.
By Youre might and Grace, You rejuvenated me,
And threw my old self out of me.
My new heart now Lord thirsts only for you,
I don't care about these worldly things, which just ain't true.

God I cant thank You enough for what You've done for me,
For the dream of confirmation you wanted me to see.
For how You rebuked me in love when Your time came,
Just to show me that your uncontainable love for me remained the same.

In all my earthly wisdom, I really couldnt see,
How much Lord I was bruising thee.
How much You told me Lord, yet You loved me more,
Even though I'm sure I would have made you sore.

But today Lord I stand free in thee,
Freedom that came by You and not by the strength in me.
I want You more and Lord, thats all I ask,
Lord prepare me more to do your divine task. 
But I know that this is just the beginning for me,
And know that You have so much more in store for me.
Whatever it is I know your always there beside me,
Ready to pick me up in battle, even if the enemy bruises me.
